Step 1 – Enquiry and quotation
If you are interested in one of our scheduled safaris or would like us to send you a custom proposal for a photographic safari, please email us at email@example.com. You can also use the Contact Form below.
We will then revert to you with availability and a quotation. We will also answer any questions you may have and, if needed, make further suggestions and recommendations based on your interests and requirements.
Step 2 – Quotation acceptance
Once you are happy with our quotation (including itinerary and costs), email us your request to proceed with a provisional booking in order to secure all the necessary accommodation, transport and other services that have been offered.
Step 3 – Booking confirmation & deposit
Shortly after receiving your request, Image Safaris will send you the following documents:
- General Conditions: these lay out our Booking Terms and Conditions and Disclaimer and contain a Booking Form to be completed and signed.
- Invoice for payment of the deposit: 20% of the total safari price per person is normally required to secure your booking. Payment must be made by direct wire transfer.
- Safari programme: it contains the official itinerary and specifies the items included in and excluded from the safari price.
Booking a safari requires the signing of the General Conditions, along with a completed Booking Form and the payment of a 20% deposit of the total safari price.
A digital signature is accepted for electronically submitted documents. Alternatively, you can scan and email the signed documents to us.
Step 4 – Balance payment
The balance of the Safari price is due not later than 60 (sixty) days prior to departure, unless otherwise stated in the invoice. If the booking is made within 60 (sixty) days of departure, then full payment of the Safari price is required. Payments must be made by direct wire transfer.
If you are interested in one of our scheduled safaris, we recommend to book as early as possible as spaces are limited and sell out quickly.
We hope to see you here soon!
