A very nice encounter with a female Leopard in the early morning, who had clearly set her eyes on something. We found out it was an Impala fawn that had got up from its hiding place. The Leopard descended the tree and stalked it until it came to lay down in the same patch of tall grass as her prey. At that point the kill was easy. She later disappeared in the forest with her prey.
