A very nice day in Amboseli NP, with some light rain in the middle of the day. It is always difficult to photograph in Amboseli because of the very few roads available. You have to hope that animals come close to the road and that they do something while they are close, which is not easy! But opportunities can still be reasonably good because there are so many Elephants around the swamps. Today I concentrated on the Longinye Swamp, on the east side of the park, with many extended families of Elephants and some bulls in musth wandering from one to the other in search for females in estrous. Very beautiful thunder clouds this afternoon, and a nice sunset with rays of sun filtering through the clouds.
