A nice morning mist on the lake with some Pelicans and few Flamingos. But the real highlights were in the afternoon, after a rainstorm. A beautiful Lioness sat high on a branch of a lone Acacia and descended before dusk, and later a very nice and prolonged encounter with a rare Striped Hyena, walking along the lake shore, seeking opportunities for a meal. It’s the first time I manage to photograph this rare and beautiful animal decently.
