A day of heavy crossings down at Lookout Hill, with animals heading towards the Mara Triangle. Where we were, at Cul de Sac, in the west, the animals gathered but then decided not to cross. Leopards were particularly prominent today. Pacha returned to his natal range, meeting on the way his father. The two didn’t come close. Olive killed a Wildebeest on the Talek river, and ate with Bahati in the river bed. Meanwhile Notch, the old male Lion, was still engaged with a female from the Double Crossing pride.
