On our last morning in Ndutu we returned to a Cheetah family we had seen the previous day, it took us a long time to find them but we finally succeeded. In the meantime, a soft mist appeared briefly. We looked for a photo opportunity and we found a small group of Zebras. The Cheetahs looked really sleepy and inactive. We waited a few hours with them, until we had to leave. On the way to Ndutu we managed to catch our first sighting of a Leopard on this trip, laying on a tree. We couldn’t wait for it to come down, as we had to move to the Serengeti National Park. We reached Seronera in the afternoon and we immediately caught up with a female Leopard with two cubs. They were all asleep on two different trees. Nice sighting, just before it started to pour. The clouds built up in the background, forming an atonishing dark background to some sunlit Yellow-fever Acacias. The grass was very long in the area, and photographing the Leopards proved impossible. However, we were compensated with a fantastic sunset on the way back to the lodge.
