The day started quiet, as we haven’t been able to find the Lion pride with the seven cubs we were aiming for. We then proceeded to the Marsh where game is abundant and varied. A tiny Elephant calf trotted next to her mother as she grazed, while in the Bila Shaka lugga a Lioness from the pride guarded her four small cubs from an enormous herd of Buffalos. In the afternoon, after a completely sunny day, we were blessed with an amazing rainbow in front of an incoming thunderstorm. A group of Zebra stallions fighting made a perfect foreground for our silhouette images.
